Price Matching

Petceutics will beat any competitor's advertised price on any product we stock. Conditions of the price match offer are as follows:

If you purchase a product from Petceutics and find a lower price on an identical product elsewhere, let us know within five business days from the date of the transaction and we will arrange a refund equivalent to the difference, plus 10% of the difference.

Competitor prices that are typographical errors, are not current or not in stock will not be matched.

We will match our competitor’s price based on product price only. This price matching policy does not extend to sales, promotions, shipping, coupons and membership discounts.

The competitor's product must match Petceutics’ product exactly.

The price match policy only applies to advertised prices by a registered pharmacy or registered veterinarian.

The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price comparison.

Petceutics reserves the right to refrain from price matching where this would result in a sale below cost price. All price matches are at our sole discretion.

There is a limit of one price match per product, per customer.

Approved price matches do not automatically apply to future transactions with Petceutics.
